SSC TOSS Achivements


Till date 40 students have cleared all the subjects in SSC - TOSS Exams in the Acamedic Year 2017-2018 And 2018-2019.

In this Acamedic Year that is 2019-2020 8 Students have been enrolled for SCC-TOSS Coaching.

We have also started Inter-TOSS Coaching this year, in Which 7 Students have enrolled.

Our Sports Achivers


AES has also trained three students namely Mohd Ali uddin, B M D. Kalidh and Ghulam Mohd Dastagir in Football, Cycling and Rollers Skating respectively, these three athletes represented India in WORLD SUMMER GAMES 2019 hosted by SPECIAL OLYMPICS held in ABU DHABI in March 2019 and bagged two Bronze Medals in roller skating game, 2Bronze Medal in Cycling game and 5th Position in Unified Football Game.

Among the athletes who received training at National Park for People with Special Needs, the following athletes got selected in National Championship Games in the various sports.

Meeravat Sai Teja and Nizam Uddin received training at National Park for People with Special Needs for the Floorball Game and have been sent for National Championship Games held at Bengaluru, Karnataka from 12th - 17th Nvember 2018 and have won Bronze and Silver Medal respectivel in the game representing Telangana State.

Dinesh Reddy and Mirza Sohail Baig, Received training for the Floor Hockey Game at National Park for People with Special Needs, and was sent for National Championship Games held at Patiala, Punjab from 19th - 20th November 2018 and has won 2 GOLD Medals each in the game representing Telangana State.

Mohd. Pasha Quadri and Priya received training for Snow Shoeing Game at National Park for People with Special Needs and have been sent to Narkhanda, Himachal Pradesh for National Championship Games from 12th - 17th Feb 2018, Pasha begged one Gold Medal in 50M Race and Bronzed Medal in 25M Race, Priya won a Gold Medal in 25M Race and a Silver Medal in 50M Race; representing Telangana State.

Sai Teja has won Gold Medal in Floorball Game, National choaching held from 15th - 20th Nov 2019 at Haridwar, Uttarkhand.

Syed Nizam uddin has won a Silver Medal in Floorball Game, National choaching held from 15th - 20th Nov 2019 at Haridwar, Uttarkhand.

THERAPY ACHIEVEMENT


At National Park for People with Special Needs we have completed 5059 Number of therapies from 5th Jan 2018 to 31st Dec 2019 for Age group 0-15 Years.

National Park for People with Special Needs has been actively participating and sending candidates for trainings provided to special needs Childrens in different institutions in various states like AMBA INSTITUTE in Banglore, it provides Computer coaching to special needs people and gives the base line training to th special children above 15 years age and make them eligible to receive such trainings. This year two Students namely IMRAN AHMED AND RAMYA have been sent for computer training held in Banglore.

Upcoming events in 2020


Eight Students will be writing their final SSC - TOSS Exams in April/May 2020.
Seven Students will be writing Final INTER - TOSS Exam in May/June 2020.

FLOORBALL GAME, NATIONAL COACHING CAMP WILL BE HELD IN GOA

    Two Candidates have been selected for World Winter Games which will be held in 2021 and they will be participating in Snow Shoeing game for which First Preparatory Camp is scheduled from 11th feb in Narkhandha, Shimla.

    Name of the candidate: - Syed Mohammed Pasha Quadri

    Age:- 20yrs

    Mother name:- Syed Nazima Begum

    Father name:-Syed Moinuddin Quadri

    D O B:-8 – 9 – 1999

    Syed Mohammed Pasha Quadri was diagnosed as cerebral palsy with mild MR along with speech problem.

    The child was only one issue to the non consanguineous parents, he was full term baby with caeserean delivery, birth cry and birth weight was normal. But his father was having MR and two more members in his family were having same problem, He had delayed motor mile stone with delayed speech, when he was 2yrs old he got severe eye infection and was operated in hospital for the same as reported by the parents.

    His Parents brought him to National Park for People with Special Needs with speech problem and poor academic skills. He was not able to understand instructions properly. He has stubborn behavior. He was interested in using mobiles, watching TV, and roaming with friends. He doesn’t know how to respect elders and his body was stiff.

    We interacted with the parents and took SDD (social democratic details) of pasha assessed him and then started speech therapy, physio therapy, behavior modification therapy and special education classes for him. We are also started giving sports training to him.

  • We encouraged him to use simple sentences to express his needs and communicate during therapy.
  • We Worked on clarity of speech and correction of articulation errors by using tongue sticks and oro motor massages for correction pronunciation from this he rectified his mistakes.
  • Initially he was not active in the class gradually he was picking up.

    Now he is able to speak in sentence level and he is also trying to speak appropriate sentences, he has reduced his subtitle (articulation) errors now and he is trying to speak correctly.

    Achievements

  • He was enrolled in TOSS coaching at NPPSN, appeared for toss exams and he has cleared all subjects.
  • He has Passed SSC- TOSS examination in a academic year 2018-2019
  • He was taught money and time concepts.
  • Now he is able to go to the shop and bring whatever he wants. He is doing billing and taking extra amount from the bill counter.
  • And he is also able to recognize time.
  • Basic computer training was started for him after which he started painting.
  • And Now he is able to type simple sentences in computer.
  • He was given training for general fitness of body and to reduce muscular stiffness.

    pasha quadri very much interested in sports. He has been given training in cycling, running and snow shoeing. He participated in national championship games for snowshoeing game held at narkhanda, shimla, where he won gold medal in the game 50M Race.

    pasha mother never expected that her child could reach this level, where he can independently lead his life without anybody’s support in activities of daily living to playing sportsand games like snowshoeing in very low temperatures (-1oc to -7oc)

    It was a great achievement for him and his mother along with Family of National Park for People with Special Needs.

    Success Story of K Uma Mahesh

    Age:- 9 yrs

    Mother name:- Bhargavi

    Father name:-Srinivas

    D O B:-8 – 12 – 2011

    Uma Mahesh was diagnosed with Learning Disabiity. He was having communication problem with unclear speech.

    The Child was second issue the non consanguineous parents full term baby with normal delivery, birth weight was normal with delayed motor milestones and speech.

    When he was three years of old he got seizures and was admitted in hospital for 10 days.

    When his parents brought Uma Mahesh for his first appointment they expressed concern that he was not able to read and write. He is not able to hold the pencil properly. At this level his understanding was not as good as his peers. He did not behave appropriately for his age. He has behaviour issues like beating others and didn’t follow commands. He does” not sit at one place. He was unable to respond the question made by others. He was also having difficulty dealing with social aspects.

    Uma Mahesh Started coming to National Park for People with Special Needs March 2018

    We assessed the child and provided him special education, Behaviour Modification Therapy and speech classes he had . Every day he had 1:1 teaching ratio in all the classes.

    Initial goals which were set for him were:

  • Holding the pencil and scribbling in the line.
  • Colour concept :learning of primary colors
  • And Sitting behavior.
  • We made a use of different things like cups, beads,colors, coins for pencil grip

    To improve sitting at one place ,we used his favorite things, song rhymes and involved him in interesting activities

    After three months we achieved the all the goals.

    After that long term goals were set for him.

  • To Identification and write alphabets and numbers.
  • To practice Self help skills.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:

    He is able to write numbers from 1-50 alphabets capital and small from A-Z

    He is able to Identify 8 colours, all body parts, animals, Vegetables, vehicles and Fruits. He is able to tell months name and week days names. He is able to eat by him self.

    UMA MAHESH is now independent in self help skills.

    Parents felt very happy with our service.

    UMA MAHESH now has good academic, communication and social skills.

    For UMA MAHESH and his family it was an amazing journey with us.

    Success Story of mr.Imran ahmed


    Name of the candidate: - Imran ahmed

    Age:- 20yrs

    Mother name:- Atiya Tasneem

    Father name:-Iqbal Azamba Zidapuri

    D O B:-2 -11-1999

    Imran ahmed was diagnosed with mild autism and moderate MR, he was having communication problem with unclear speech.

    The child was Second issue to the non consanguineous parents, full term, normal delivery, birth cry and weight was normal , with normal motor milestone development and Their Delayed speech. When he was 6 months old he got ear infection and was admitted in hospital for 4 days

    At the age of 3 years his parents recognized that their child was abnormal.

    When his parents brought Imran for his first appointment, they expressed concern that he was not reading or writing. At this level his understanding was not as good as his peers, and he did not behave appropriately for his age. He was unable to respond to the questions made by others, he was also having difficulty in dealing with the social aspects.

    Imran ahmed started coming to NPPSN from 8th February 2018

    We assessed the child and provided him with speech therapy, special education, behavior modification therapy and sports training. We provided all the therapies each day and Planned 1:1 teaching ratio throughout the program.

    Speech therapy various strategies like

  • Pre-linguistic skills training
  • Articulation therapy
  • Sequencing and pragmatic skills
  • We Worked on general communication skills and Behaviour Modification.
  • He was also enrolled for SSC-TOSS exams and was given coaching for the same he has cleared all the subjects.
  • He was trained to develop social and emotional skills like how to behave in public, at home and with peers, wishing elders, teachers and caring the younger ones.
  • Now he is in Pre vocational training Group and is being trained in sports like cycling and running.
  • Behavior modification therapy

    Achievements Initially he was not active in the class, gradually, he started picking up and is now able to follow two and three steps commands consistency. He is able to respond to questions and mingle with the peer groups and he also understanding emotional and social aspects.

    He is independent in self help skills, but he needs some verbal prompts

    Imran ahmed attended AMBA computer training at Banglore. He got appreciation certificate for the same. He has participated in sports as well. He has been given training in cycling and running regularly and is also given general fitness regimen

    Parents felt that imraan was ready to return to vocational training. After receiving all these coaching and training at National Park for People with Special Needs. This was important transition, to see if imraan could succeed where he once had great difficulty just keeping up with the others kid.

    Imran now has good academic, communicational and social skills.

    For Imran ahmed and his family it is an amazing journey………….
